Extensive experience in Global Sourcing, Vendor Evaluation & Negotiation Management, Supply Contracting, Strategic Cost Reduction, New Product Development, Project Management and Supplier Development with end-to-end supply chain management. Process and Commercial Competencies in Two Wheeler / Automotive Industry, Tractor & Farm Equipment Industry, Small Passenger Vehicle Industry. Experience of having worked extensively for a Japanese & USA based MNC will be an added advantage. Improve spend analysis, risk mitigation, and supplier relationship management through the use of data and commodity expertise. Development and mentoring of the next generation of procurement professionals. Having hand-on experience with quality systems and implementation like TPM, TQM & Deming Award.QualificationsB.tech with minimum 18 years experience, able to work in dynamic environment.Required SkillsExcellent Techno-Commercial background. Strong analytical skills. Good hold over SAP software.Preferred SkillsExperience in the Automotive Industry.
