As part of the Seoyon Group's global network, the Anantapur plant integrates advanced technology, efficient operations, and a strong commitment to quality to drive growth in the Indian automotive sector.Job Description We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SAP CO Consultant (Cost and Profitability Analyst) with deep expertise in the SAP Controlling module and a solid foundation in cost and management accounting. You will be responsible for end-to-end product costing, profitability analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial support for management decision-making. Experience with ISO standards, internal controls, and cross-module SAP integration (e.g., FI, MM, PP) is highly preferred.Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating, building, or consulting SAP CO modules At least 2 SAP certification related to SAP CO or SAP FI/CO Participation in SAP implementation projects in manufacturing, distribution, or service industries Preferred Experience in operating/building/consulting SAP CO modules (may include experience in similar modules or SAP projects)Skills Required Ability to analyze cost and profitability data using SAP CO and Excel Experience in product costing, including standard cost, actual cost, Material Ledger, cost analysis, and variance analysis Capability to conduct financial feasibility studies and provide support for management decision-making based on sales and cost structures Familiarity with profitability analysis (CO-PA) and product-level cost allocation Proficiency in preparing management reports and developing budgets by division and sector with scenario analysis Sound understanding of cost and management accounting principles Knowledge of settlement processes, internal controls (compliance), and external accounting standards Preferred Understanding of cost center accounting and general accounting operations Experience in overhead cost controlling Working knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, PP, and PSSalary & Benefits Annual CTC : INR 816,000 - 852,000 The Final offer will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
