Hiring: Business Development Associate (Sales) – Kolkata Company:House of EdTech (Goenka Kachave LLP) Location:Kolkata (Work from Office) Office Timings:11:30 AM – 8:30 PM Weekly Off:Thursday (6-day workweek) Salary:Up to ₹6 LPA + Uncapped Incentives (Total earning potential up to ₹10 LPA)About the Company: House of EdTech is one of India’s fastest-growing EdTech companies, founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni. We are now expanding our team in Kolkata and looking to hire 30 dynamic sales professionals.Role: Business Development Associate (Sales)Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads Understand the learner’s goals and recommend suitable courses Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets Develop strong knowledge of all course offeringsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred, but not mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in speaking English and handling objections Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience in sales are welcome Prior EdTech/telesales experience is an added advantage Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
