Recruitment / Succession Planning:Work with the leadership team to identify & plan to close succession positions. Mapping of the current HR processes, identify areas of improvement & prepare short term / Midterm action plan. Performance Management System:Support implementation and refinement of the performance management system. Work closely with managers to drive a feedback and development-oriented culture.
