If you thrive on creating value, working with talented teams, and delivering exceptional results, this is the role for you!Responsibilities:Plan & Prioritize : You’ll own the product development and feature backlogs, ensuring everything is aligned with the bigger picture and ready for action. Define Features : You’ll create detailed product feature specifications and make sure your teams clearly understand the - what, why, and how. Drive Value:You’ll assess value, build compelling business cases, and prioritize stories and epics to keep the work on track with the product strategy. Clear Roadblocks:You’ll identify and resolve obstacles that stand in the way of achieving sprint or release goals. Lead Releases:You’ll drive product release plans, setting clear expectations and ensuring timely delivery of exciting new functionalities. Be the Ambassador:You’ll be the go-to expert for your product, representing it internally and externally, sharing knowledge, and answering questions like a pro. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other related fields. A strong track record of taking products live and managing all aspects of launches for B2B or B2C products. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams. Experience working closely with technology teams, ensuring smooth communication between business and tech stakeholders. Hands-on experience in agile environments, including user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, and personas.
