Kshema is leveraging Technology to provide cutting edge insurance solutions to farmers.Role Overview As a Data Analyst focusing on Performance Marketing, you will play a crucial role in analyzing marketing data to derive actionable insights that enhance campaign performance and ROI. You'll collaborate with marketing teams to measure key performance indicators, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize our marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities Analyze marketing campaign data, including but not limited to ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other performance metrics. Define tracking on all landing pages and marketing channels, create step by step customer journey, create funnels and optimize conversion. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within marketing data to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and overall performance. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing teams to design A/B tests, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on test outcomes. Utilize data segmentation techniques to identify user cohorts and provide insights for targeted feature development and marketing strategies. Create visual representations of data insights to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.Requirements Minimum 2 Years of experience in data analysis, preferably within performance marketing or digital advertising. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience in working with MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust), marketing automation tool (CleverTap/MoEngage), Google Analytics is must. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Understanding of digital marketing concepts and key performance metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
