INDIAN JEWELLERJOB TITLE: Pre-Sales & Client Coordination Executive – Media Publishing ● Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Coordinator ● Media Solutions Executive – Pre-Sales & Servicing ● Publishing Sales Support ExecutiveJob Purpose: To serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand media packages, addressing basic objections, giving presentations/demos, and smoothly transitioning the conversation to the Client Servicing/CRM team for onboarding and execution.Experience: 2–3 years in pre-sales, client coordination, or media solutions preferred. Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field. Exposure to publishing/media/advertising is an advantage.Job Responsibilities: ● Engage with inbound client inquiries and leads to understand their requirements and recommend suitable media packages (print, digital, or combo). ● Present solutions using pre-built decks, explain pricing structures, placement benefits, and expected deliverables. ● Address initial objections or clarifications, build trust, and provide additional material as needed to support decision-making. ● Coordinate with internal sales or CRM teams to handover warm leads, ensuring all context and client history is documented. ● Maintain updated records of all inquiries, calls, meetings, and status in CRM tools or Excel trackers. ● Assist in creating and refining sales decks, proposal templates, and media kits for various campaigns or special issues. ● Liaise with internal design, editorial, or event teams to gather and present relevant material during pre-sales conversations.● Follow up with potential clients at key intervals to nurture interest, collect feedback, or move the conversation forward. Key Skills & Competencies: ● Strong presentation & communication skills (English & Hindi) ● Ability to explain packages confidently and tailor responses based on client type ● Basic objection-handling techniques and client empathy ● Process-oriented with solid documentation and handover discipline ● Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and email etiquette ● Knowledge of media/publishing industry is a plus
