Department -Production ECH Position Title -Staff - Production ECH Designation -Assistant Engineer / Junior Engineer Qualification -Diploma in Chemical(Full time degree required) Experience -4 to 8 YearsKey Result Areas:Project activity: Managing the DCS activities during the shift and execution for the pre-commissioning & commissioning activities & prepare the project activities reports. Safe DCS operation during the pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities Communicate with the SI & operators for the Pre commissioning and commissioning activitiesProduction/Operations: Maintain the normal parameter through the DCS and communicate with the SIC/Plant operators for the field activities and other action if required. Co-ordinate with the CA team for the interface facilities during their shift, Plant analysis & reports to review & take action accordingly Ensure proper and timely dispatches of the waste solid and liquid in coordination with the team. Proper co-ordination with the maintenance team to avoid equipment breakdown during the operation. Product Quality : Implement process parameters for quality requirements as per customer needs Monitor & Maintain process quality parameters Control parameters to optimize consumption of chemicals / utilitiesPlant Performance: Implement plans to ensure optimum plant performance for achieving targets. Support in implementation of maintenance activities (in coordination with service department) to ensure minimum losses. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for maximum efficiency and less damageSystem Management (Safety, Sustainability & ISO): Adhere to safety & statutory environmental requirements Adhere to safety norms & safe operational procedures Maintain the ETP discharge parameter as per guidelines. Handle emergency situations like, leakage of Chlorine, HCL gas and DCPol, ECH etc. under Disaster Management activities.Experience in Yokogawa DCS will be added advantage. Experience in DCS operation is mandatory.
