We’re Hiring: Beverage R&D Specialist Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (On-site) Experience: 2+ yearsWe’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Beverage R&D Specialist to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is central to developing innovative functional beverages that are great-tasting, clean-label, and scalable.Key Responsibilities: • Formulate carbonated and non-carbonated beverages (including zero-sugar) • Conduct flavor development, stability testing, and sensory trials • Ensure FSSAI compliance and clean label ingredient selection • Manage pilot to production scale-up in partnership with co-manufacturers • Work cross-functionally with procurement, quality, and marketing for product launch execution • Maintain technical documentation and formulation recordsWhat We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in beverage formulation and development • Hands-on expertise in flavor balancing, sweetener systems, acidulants, and functional ingredients • Prior experience working on shelf-life, heat stability, carbonation, or aseptic processing is a plus • Understanding of regulatory and nutritional labeling compliance • Strong problem-solving and project management skillsWhy Join Us?
