We are looking for a skilled and detail-orientedAnalytics Engineerwith 5+ years of experience to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data models, and creating impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintainscalable data modelsto support business intelligence and analytics needs. Build intuitive, accurate, and visually appealingPower BI dashboards and reports . Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Performdata transformation and cleansingusing SQL or other data manipulation tools. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting solutions. Automate data pipelines and contribute todata warehousingefforts. Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support business questions and operational improvements. Stay updated on Power BI best practices, features, and industry trends.What we are looking for? Technical Skills: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics roles. Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and custom visualizations. Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas, fact/dimension tables). Solid experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation. Familiarity with AWS Redshift data warehousing tools/platforms . Understanding of ETL processes and tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience working in agile teams and collaborative environments.Attitude & Soft Skills:Proven problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams and with stakeholders. Strong business acumen with an interest in business-facing roles.
