Summary:The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for assisting in technical and problem resolution support on all the network infrastructure hardware across all sites. The goal is to maximize service availability and satisfy the needs of all internal and external customers. This position performs Tier 2 troubleshooting activities, across multiple environments, while performing daily reviews of overall capacity, utilization, and configuration changes to the network. This position is also responsible for delivering clear, concise, and timely communication to our customers to provide them with the best customer experience possible. Provide timely and effective support and escalation for the Company’s network systems per our defined SLA’s. Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting the Company’s network systems, within the agreed Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) objectives. Contribute to the resolution efforts, during high or critical incidents and participate in root cause analysis process. Work closely with development and operational teams, on a global basis, to ensure rapid service restoration. Follow process and procedure standards to improve service availability and overall efficiency of systems. Provide accurate daily handover of all ongoing and major incidents in your shift to offshore colleagues. Continually develop expertise on emerging technologies and implementation strategies for infrastructure systems. Improve future resolution of incidents by identifying the need for new and improving existing knowledge articles. Provide the design, configuration and network for all facilities’ layout and deployment.
