Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy targeting undergraduate colleges, coaching centers, and corporate organizations to create a robust pipeline for the MBA program. - Organize and execute impactful outreach events, including seminars, webinars, information sessions, and education fairs, to generate interest and drive applications for the MBA program. - Design and deliver engagement-driven initiatives, such as career counseling workshops, leadership talks, alumni meetups, and experiential learning previews, to deepen prospective students' connection with the MBA program. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, career counselors, training and placement officers, faculty, and corporate HR professionals to enhance the visibility and credibility of the MBA offering. - Drive high student conversion rates by providing personalized counseling, and program insights, and showcasing success stories, career outcomes, and alumni achievements. - Identify and secure sponsorships, collaborations, and corporate tie-ups to amplify outreach initiatives and strengthen industry engagement. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize outreach performance metrics regularly, providing actionable insights for strategy refinement and lead quality improvement. - Stay updated on trends in MBA education, competitor strategies, and market expectations to ensure differentiated positioning of the program. - Collaborate proactively with marketing and admissions teams to align messaging, campaign planning, and lead nurturing strategies.Desired Skills and Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.Experience: 3–6 years in admissions, outreach across high-potential regions, or education marketing, preferably with a focus on MBA or postgraduate programs.Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
