Job Description

Position Overview:We seek a dedicated secondary academic coordinator to support curriculum implementation, monitor student progress, and enhance academic programs.Qualifications:- A master’s degree with a B.Ed from a reputed college or university is preferred. - Candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of experience in Teaching and a minimum of 1 year of work experience as an Academic Coordinator/HOD/Head MasterKey Responsibilities:Academic Leadership & Management- Manage grade-level academic delivery, ensuring excellence in results and student discipline. - Coordinate curriculum implementation with Stakeholders. - Establish and promote high academic standards for students and staff. - Ensure timely completion of academic work and optimal teaching staff engagement. - Maintain adherence to policies of the CBSE Board and Government departments. - Assist the Principal in implementing policies and updates. - Oversee curricular and extracurricular program execution.Staff Management & Development- Guide, motivate, and mentor teachers in line with the school's philosophy. - Control staff attrition by fostering a positive work environment. - Ensure adherence to HR policies. - Conduct regular teacher induction programs.Communication & Coordination- Coordinate with the principal and management to share information. - Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and parents. - Ensure parent satisfaction and address concerns promptly.Administrative & Event Management- Conduct and supervise school events (parent orientation, PTM,sports day, student events &competition)- Perform other duties as assigned by the managing committee.Expected Competencies:- Good analytical skills and ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment. - Sound Technical skills to manage their dynamic online learning platforms - Ability to drive consensus in decision-making, especially in conflicting situations - Extrovert, result-oriented, mentor and leader focused on outcomes and the ability to stand up to committed deliverables - Demonstrated ability to work in a high-growth and dynamic School environment. - Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand requirements, and implement them at the branch level - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
