In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and implement smart sourcing strategies to bring in the best talent across various technical functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to closing—across a variety of technical positions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and create tailored hiring strategies. Source top-tier talent through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, developer forums, and referral networks. Conduct preliminary screenings and assess technical aptitude before advancing candidates through the funnel. Ensure an engaging, candidate-friendly experience while representing our company culture and values. Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and continuously improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire ratios. Stay current on industry hiring trends, compensation standards, and in-demand tech stacks.RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitmentwithin the software/tech industry. Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and developer skillsets—especially full-stack roles (MERN). Proficient with ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and others. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
