Regional Sales Manager Location: Tirupur /CoimbatoreJob Purpose: Ensure and support regional sales deliverables (B2B & B2C) in respect ofthe South 2 region (Tamil Nadu, Kerala)Principal Accountabilities: Achieving sales and collection targets along with other relevant KPIs for the region Managing Key Accounts to help the team with maintenance of share and key negotiations concerning price and share gain Maintaining financial hygiene concerning debtor days and overdue collection Managing people – 10-12 employees Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share Being aware of market trends and competition activities to support key strategic initiatives Recruitment of Sales Force / Frontline Sales Staff Training and development of sales personnel Profitability and gross margin improvement Maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline for the region to support consistent growthKnowledge, Competencies, and Key Behaviors Required: An MBA with at least 5+ years of experience in sales and product management functions in Coats India Sound understanding of products, applications, end-user industry manufacturing processes, and CoatsIndia’s supply chain High-quality analytical, written, and verbal communication, negotiation, decision-making, and people development skillsDimensions: Turnover: 200 Crores PA Division: B2B, B2C, Channel
