Responsible for Driving Brand activities in the year across channels, geographies to ensure delivery against Brand Marketing and Business Objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identifying Brand Strategy to drive growth. Identify product innovation and renovation ideas to keep bringing New News to the portfolio. Develop the Annual Brand Plan with Key Growth Pillars and execution elements there in. Work with Agency partners to develop Creative execution across Offline and Online Media. Identify periodic initiatives to boost sales e.g. Consumer Promotions. Proactively Track Competition and category updates across channels & Make action Plan for the Brand. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Brand initiatives are delivered in a timely manner.Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: Atleast 3 years experience in a Brand Management role. Min 4 - max 6-7 years experience overall. Experience in FMCG necessary High Energy, Self driven , Resilient Individual Worked in a category which has a strong presence in MT or E-commerce channel.Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies: Prior experience in Categories such as Cleaners or Other Mass Worked on categories which have a Traditional Trade Play as well
