Our highly skilled team of qualified Australian migration lawyers provide advice to those navigating Australia’s complex immigration program.Role DescriptionIMMIGRATION CASE MANAGER (x6)This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Case Manager located in a multi-storey office building in Gurugram. The person will work from Gurugram and provide administrative support to a team of Australian migration lawyers located in Australia.Daily duties will include:- on-boarding and off-boarding clients in the firm's case management system and other information systems- dispatching questionairres in order to collect necessary information and ensuring responses are received in a timely manner- updating and maintaining the correct file status in the firm’s case management and other information systems- administrative tasks such as saving attachments and documents in compatible formats to pre-determined evidence folders, collating attachments and indexing documents, re-sizing attachments and documents as appropriate- updating templates and following the firm’s comprehensive work-flow process checklists to allow matters to be progressed in a timely manner- filing emails, categorising correspondence, monitoring timelines, recording key dates and milestones- assisting in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recommending efficiencies to improve the firm’s standard administrative processes- liaising with Australian Migration Lawyers and paralegalsASSOCIATE IMMIGRATION CASE MANAGER (x4)The Associate Immigration Case Manager is a more junior position which will provide support to Immigration Case Managers.QualificationsWillingness to learn Australian visa processes Proven strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and critical thinking skills Ability to identify, advocate for and implement process improvements Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
