About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamicBusiness Growth Managerto drivenew client acquisitionandrevenue growthfor theMedia Planning & Buyingvertical at Schbang. This role is pivotal in helping us achieve our2x media growthtarget by identifying opportunities, leading client pitches, and closing high-value accounts. The ideal candidate will have astrong sales and business development backgroundwith experience inselling media solutionsto brands across industries likeD2C, FMCG, Fintech, E-commerce, and Retail . They should be adept atoutbound sales, client relationship management, and consultative pitchingfor large-scale digital media campaigns. This is apure-play business development role , with a primary focus onwinning pitches and securing new accountsrather than media execution.Key Responsibilities1. New Business Acquisition & Revenue Growth Identify, prospect, and generate leads for potential clients in sectors likeD2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Fintech, and Retail . Develop and execute atargeted outbound sales strategyto secure high-value media planning and buying mandates. Create compelling media proposals, tailored pitch decks, and business growth strategies to win new accounts. Lead negotiations andclose deals with high-growth brandslooking for media solutions onMeta, Google, OTT, and third-party ad platforms . Develop and maintain arobust pipeline of potential clientsto drive continuous business growth.2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building Act as the face of Schbang’s media businessin high-stakes client meetings and industry networking events. Develop long-term, consultative relationships withCMOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managersof potential clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors toposition Schbang as a leading media partner . Maintain strong relationships withmedia publishers, ad networks, and OTT platformsto unlock exclusive inventory and collaboration opportunities.3. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to refine Schbang’smedia sales and pricing strategy . Work closely withinternal media teamsto align sales efforts with execution capabilities and ensure a smooth client onboarding process. Identify opportunities forcross-selling and upsellingadditional Schbang services, including creative and influencer marketing. Track and report key business growth metrics, includinglead conversion rates, deal closures, and revenue targets .Qualifications & Skills Required ✔3-4 years of experience in business development, media sales, or agency growth roleswith a focus onmedia planning and buying solutions . ✔ Strong understanding ofdigital media ecosystems , including Meta, Google, OTT platforms, and third-party ad networks. ✔ Proven track record ofwinning large-scale media pitchesand securing high-value client accounts. ✔ Ability tocraft compelling sales decks, media strategies, and ROI-driven proposalstailored to different brand needs. ✔Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills , with experience closing deals in the ₹50L-₹5Cr range. ✔Established network of brand decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Media Buyers)is a plus. ✔ Strongpresentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills . ✔ Ability towork in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentwith a passion for scaling
