Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager with in-depth knowledge of the PUF (Polyurethane Foam) Panels industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in PUF panel production, and the ability to manage teams, resources, and timelines effectively.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes of PUF panels to ensure efficient and timely production.Supervise production staff and ensure optimal manpower utilization and shift planning.Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency against daily and monthly targets.Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery such as high-pressure PU foaming machines, laminators, cutting machines, and related equipment.Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards within the production environment.Work closely with quality assurance to implement and monitor in-process quality control (IPQC).Optimize raw material usage and reduce production wastage.Identify areas of improvement and implement lean manufacturing techniques.Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with the procurement team.Collaborate with design, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders.Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing/production role, preferably in the PUF panels or insulation material industry.Strong technical knowledge of polyurethane foaming processes, formulations, and panel lamination techniques.Hands-on experience with PU foaming machinery and process automation.Knowledge of ISO, QMS, EHS standards is an advantage.Key Skills:Leadership and team managementProduction planning & controlProcess optimizationQuality assurance in manufacturingProblem-solving and decision-makingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferable)Preferred Attributes:High attention to detail and qualityAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWillingness to work in a factory setting and flexible with shifts
