SANKALIT CONSULTANT requires Immediate Placement for an Electrical / MEP BIM Modeler with minimum 4-5 years experience & the following merits. Civil & Architectural modeler will not be qualified. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the complete design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current plans. Candidate to ensure that our designs meet all necessary design responsibilities during the creation process.  ResponsibilitiesIn-Depth System understanding of ICT, Electrical, Mechanical, & Plumbing systemsThe candidate shall be willing to relocate to a Job Site Location - Noida & MumbaiDraw, update and maintain designsManage complex projects Design/Modelling activitiesEnsure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all design projects are completed within budget and timeDesign Team lead supporting Design Delivery team and input exchange across various teamsWell-versed with Engineering Documentation such as Design Calculation and verificationAirport Project Experience will be added advantageRemuneration: As per Industry StandardsRequirement: Immediate QualificationsDiploma or equivalent experience in Electronics / Electrical or relevant technical degreeBIM/REVIT experience minimum 5 yearsExpert in BIM/REVIT ModellingStrong organizational and communication skills
