Job Title: US Accounting ExecutiveJob Summary: To Close books of accountsGeneral Ledger EntryAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableBank ReconciliationFinancial ReportingDuties/Responsibilities: This Position will be using accounting software for accounting purposeThis position will abide to tight deadlines and multitude of accounting of ManagementReporting such as Balance Sheet ReconciliationResponsible for Journal Entry Preparation and UploadResponsible for Balance Sheet reconciliationBank Reconciliation (Research and Recording Outstanding Cash Items)Well Versed with Excel SkillsPreparing Management Reports such Budget and Fixed Assets and othersReconciliation of Inter Company BalancesPrepare the Month End Closing Reconciliation FilesMonthly BillingAnalyze open items and contact respective department to solve themExperience in Shared Service organization will be an asset.Required Skills/Abilities:Must have excellent verbal and written communications skillsGood attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareHave a good work ethic and morale standardsWork efficiently with a commitment to high standardsIdentify process improvement and efficiency opportunitiesAbility to interact and communicate effectively with othersQualifications:Bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experienceAbout the Company:Relay Human Cloud is a young & dynamic company that helps some of the top US-based companies to expand their team internationally.
