Our client is looking for a motivated QA Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in quality engineering and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and software development life cycles, particularly within Agile or DevOps environments. This role involves close collaboration with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product releases.Key Responsibilities:Provide risk, quality and test management strategies, and support on project planning, testing and migration activitiesDesigns and maintains Automation frameworksParticipates actively in test planning by identifying testing requirements, scope and estimatesEnsures optimal test coverage comprising of positive, negative and exception scenariosProvides quality assurance estimates for project planning purposesParticipates in software design discussions, reviews and test strategy sessionsSets processes for test plan reviews and ensure that that test plans are reviewed by all stakeholdersCreates and maintains QA and project documentationCreates Test reports and dashboards necessary for higher visibility and quality tracking during implementationRequired Skills & Qualifications:1-3 years experience in quality engineering and automated testingPractical experience with test conceptualizingknowledge about DevOps, agile project methods and/or traditional development methods
