As a Senior application engineer, this role is expected to architect, design, develop, configure, test and support the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications involving Cloud AR, Collections, Cash Management and Revenue management Cloud Service systems that supports all the key business processes involving Finance, Billing, AR, Revenue, Collections & Accounting teams. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have a solid analytical mind set, excellent interpersonal communications, and diligent time management skills, be team-oriented and have a strong work ethic. This role is expected to be an SME in Oracle Cloud Fusion Billing (E-invoicing), AR, Revenue Cloud Service, Cash application and collection processes integrated with multiple upstream usage systems and downstream systems. Able to understand and manage client’s entire I2C landscape in partnership with the Global Accounting and billing teams to drive system integration, reporting, automations and innovation. You will gather requirements, plan, architect, design, configure, develop and test the I2C processes in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP. You need to have an end- end understanding of client’s multiple billings platforms and build scalable systems for Acquisitions, Work on enhancements and key compliance related projects.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, Design and develop platform/product extensions, as per Oracle SAAS delivery methodology, that meets the additional functionality specified by the Business team.Conduct design workshops, build proof of concepts, prototype of a working model for the effective design sign-off from the businessLearn the skills required to translate business problems into technical solutions as per Oracle fusion cloud AR and Revenue Cloud Service product roadmap.Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and to develop/deliver KPI dashboards and reports by using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), etcPlan, Design, develop, test and deploy Integrations involving systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud AR, Revenue Management Cloud Service, Highradius, Monkey, Salesforce, etcDevelop and deliver cost effective workflows per business requirements - to create journals, invoke SaaS APIs, to upload monthly usage billing, create reports for critical month end processesUse developer tools and events for performing data loads and amendmentsConfigure and develop payment integrations to invoke APIs and create payments with external banks, payment platforms.Manage KLO, upgrades, stories in sprint deliveryMentor and lead junior consultants in the team to enable them to make project deliverables.Develops and executes system conversion and implementations. Lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Includes identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements and challenging the norm.Perform checks and monitoring the critical processes in production instances and proactively identify the issues and fix themManage KLO operations and stakeholders support with daily activities, Financial close, reconciliations etc
