Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js, Python, React, Cloud)Location: Remote / Pune, IndiaType: Full-TimeExperience Level: Mid-Senior LevelAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Backend or Full-Stack Engineer to join our team working on a next-generation logistics platform. You’ll help build scalable systems that streamline supply chain operations for high-growth logistics use cases. This is a great opportunity to work in a modern tech environment with flexibility to work remotely or from our Pune office.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Python.Work on full-stack features using React for both customer-facing and internal tools.Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and warehousing solutions to support data-driven logistics operations.Ensure the platform is scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using test-driven development (TDD) practices.Collaborate in an Agile team environment, with ownership over feature delivery.Identify and solve system-level challenges proactively.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaborators.Required Skills & Qualifications6+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development.Strong expertise in Node.js and/or Python.Experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.Practical knowledge of data engineering, including ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).Experience building scalable, production-grade systems.Familiar with Git, CI/CD, containers (Docker), and modern DevOps practices.Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills.Nice to HavePrior experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation domains.Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, or serverless technologies.Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, or message queues (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).Why Join UsContribute to a high-impact platform transforming the logistics space.Flexibility to work remotely or from our Pune office.Work with a collaborative, innovative engineering team.Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and learning opportunities.
