For more information, visit SummaryWe are looking for an Application Support Architect to lead and manage support activities for business-critical cloud-native applications. This role is part of a support project environment, focused on ensuring stability, availability, and reliability of production applications. The ideal candidate brings a strong coding background (Python, PySpark, programming tools, ETL, reporting tools etc.), coupled with experience supporting applications deployed on Azure, AWS, or GCP.Unlike traditional platform support roles, this role requires deep hands-on debugging and code-level issue resolution to keep applications running smoothly in production.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical lead for L2/L3 application support across a portfolio of cloud-hosted applications.Analyze and resolve application code failures, data pipeline issues, and performance bottlenecks.Strong programming and debugging skills in Python, PySpark, Java or any other programming languages.Experience in data pipeline troubleshooting and fixing issues in ETL/ELT workloads.Hands-on experience supporting applications/services deployed in Azure, AWS, or GCP (at least one cloud is mandatory).Familiarity with Databricks, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or other pipeline orchestration tools.Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, ADO), and application logging/monitoring tools (e.g., AppInsights, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, etc.).Solid understanding of application architecture, microservices, and API-level support.Lead incident response, ensuring timely resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortem documentation.Fix bugs or suggest code/configuration changes to ensure stable operations.Work closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to drive issue resolution, automation, and proactive monitoring.Manage support documentation (SOPs, runbooks), service health dashboards, and knowledge bases.Participate in support governance meetings, report SLAs, ticket trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Engage in on-call rotations and ensure support coverage as per defined SLAs.Familiar with observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Stackdriver) and incident tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps workflows, and troubleshooting integrations with data storage, APIs, and scheduling tools (Airflow, ADF, etc.).Support-Specific ExpectationsEnsure minimal business disruption by reducing mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to resolve (MTTR).Drive problem management by identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term fixes.Lead support transitions for new applications entering production (including KT, documentation, and operational readiness).Ensure compliance with ITIL practices for incident, service request, change, and problem management.Assist in support automation using scripts, workflows, or cloud-native automation tools.Open for other locations: Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, ChennaiIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Not the right fit?
