Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Specialist, located in Jabalpur for JCB Operations. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring constant availability of parts, and maintaining inventory control processes. This role involves direct communication with customers and Retailers to meet their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. The Parts Specialist will also assist with organizing and managing the parts department, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Inventory Management and Inventory Control expertise Focus on Customer Satisfaction Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High school diploma or equivalent; further education or experience in automotive parts will be advantageous
