As our Product Content & Packaging Coordinator, you’ll ensure that every SKU we launch is beautifully shot, accurately represented and delivered in packaging that elevates the unboxing experience.You’ll work closely with our Brand, Ops, and Sourcing teams to take products live - on time, and with flair.What You’ll DoPhotoshoots & Creative AssetsPlan and coordinate photoshoots for new products and menu updatesWork with internal and external creative teams to ensure brand-aligned visualsEnsure all product imagery meets platform-specific guidelines (app, ads, social)Product Catalog & ListingsCatalog and maintain accurate listings for all SKUs on the Swish appEnsure product names, pricing, and descriptions are updated in real-timeAlign creatives and copy for a consistent and compelling customer experiencePackaging DevelopmentCollaborate with the sourcing and ops teams to test and finalize packagingMaintain a packaging sample log with specs, photos and feedback notesEnsure all packaging meets brand quality standards and operational efficiencyCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with creative, category, and tech teams to ensure timely launchesOwn backend readiness of SKUs across packaging, imagery, and listingWhat You’ll Bring3–4 years of experience in product cataloging, packaging coordination or creative operations in a consumer brand, e-commerce or food tech setupStrong aesthetic judgment and understanding of visual merchandisingExperience working with photographers, creative teams and vendorsExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelinesBonus: Experience in a fast-paced D2C or Q-commerce environment
