As part of Capgemini, we challenge and transform the status quo, drive growth, and help them get the future they want.Role Description:Would be working with the transformation team or independently as a consultant, on client improvement and consulting projects.Analysing As-is process and recommending To-be process for BPM operating model and customer journey mapping.Driving process improvement and process transformation projects by leveraging Consulting and Analytical skills.Contributing to Business Development activities for the business unit through client workshops and preparing RfP responses.Build business requirements. Prepare presentations and make recommendations for business decisions. Support business teams throughout the project to ensure a seamless transition and improve system adoption.Working with operational team members to identify and conduct root cause analysis on process waste. Understanding the variation in process and evaluating the impact to quality & process efficiency.Identifying and quantifying potential savings through process improvement initiatives by partnering with cross-functional team members. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Maintain high level of client service.Confident, proactive self starterCertifications in atleast one from Lean Six Sigma, BPM, RPA or Process Mining is a plusLean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or Black Belt trained (A Black Belt Certification would be preferred).Good communication skills with research, writing, and presentation skills.Inclination towards a collaborative partnership.Able to influence stakeholders of all levels regarding the value proposition of process improvement.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and >6 years' experience in consulting, project management, business strategy and related area.Experience in Statistical Software such as MINITAB would be an added advantage.MBA/M.Tech preferred but not necessary.
