For More details pls go through our Website .Company Website: We have 2 opening for below roles.National Head -Project SalesNational Head-Specification Details about National Head-Project SalesQualification: Any Post Graduate would do .Work Location: Mumbai & Delhi Candidates can work remotely, Bangalore Candidate will base at Office.Required Experience: Candidate should have 15+ Years work exposure in Project Sales / Business development from Building Material, Construction material, Furniture, Plywood Industry. Who is dealing with Private Contractors , Interior Design contractors , Private Builders & Architects, Consultants . These role majorly deal with Private Segment not with Government .Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for PAN India Sales from different set of customers like Builders, Contractors, Projects, OEMs & Architects, all over India to meet the monthly, quarterly, and yearly Topline & Bottomline targets.Creating and executing the strategies for creation, maintenance and development of customers and achieve quarter on quarter growth as per the aspirational goals and keep a track of the results periodically.Creation of Customers all over India.Maintenance & Development of Customers to grow to the next level.Collaboration with all team members for achievement of results.Creation of business from all different client segments as specifiedLead a team of sales and support staff in generation and maintenance of existing and new business of company.New Business generation and maintenance of existing business.Developing relation and drive business through defined Key Accounts in Architects, Builders and Contractor segment.Salary: Negotiable2.Details about National Head-Specification Qualification: Any Post Graduate would do .Work Location: Mumbai & Delhi Candidates can work remotely; Bangalore Candidate will base at Office.Required Experience: Candidate should have 10+ Years work exposure in Specification Sales, Marketing, Business development from Building Material, Construction material, Relevant products Industry.Roles & Responsibilities: Specification & Sales of Tranquil products through Architects, Acoustic consultants, Interior Designers, Builders ,PMCs , Design and Build section of Architects , Builders, PMCs and contractors &clients, Contractors, Departments & Channels to achieve the weekly, tactical, strategic, quarter and annual goals of specification and sales for the territory.1.Data generation and updation of all of above mentioned firms. Identify the contact of Architects, Interiors, PMCs who are into Interior design and construction through various sources and networking. Update the same in CRM and create a consistent followup with them. 2.Work with Key Decision Makers (KDM) for Tranquil Brand Specification in BOQ. & SalesTake appointments and delivering presentations and then submitting desired documents for approval.Identifying or fetching the empaneled architects, PMCs and contractors of the Projects.Identify projects that they are working on and get all the prodcuts specified in their projects.Develop relationship with clients, Architects, PMCs and contractors and get the details of the project they are doing.Follow-up for regular updation on projects and products.Update details in CRM.3.Convert the leads into sales Map the projects personally to check the status of the project even if required to visit the project sites.Submitting samples mockups with test reports and desired documents.Taking the requirements/ BOQ/RFQ and submit quotation. Where required submit quotation in coordination with sales team.Negotiation with the contractors or client.Close the order with the help of sales team as per mutually agreed terms and condition adhering to company norms.Ensuring timely supply & installation done by coordinating with concerned teams.4. Documentation of all projects and visit details in CRM and reports.Update of all the projects in teams excel and CRM daily & weeklyFollowup as per the details mentioned in team and CRMGenerate required reports as and when required.5.Mentoring and Coaching of Team Work with team to bank on their strengths and help them work on their areas of competence development so that they can get success in their role and which can help them gain career growth in the organization. Salary: Negotiable
