This role requires a process-oriented and detail-oriented person who has a passion for making a difference, and is comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams.The successful candidate will take ownership of their programs end-to-end, focusing on driving learner satisfaction, learner completion, and online delivery at scale. This includes ensuring course launch readiness, managing course leaders, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to continuously improve learner experience.As we operate in a fast-moving environment, this role will work with a great deal of autonomy and flexibility, while being supported by a collaborative, global team.Our team brings diverse experiences, from running language schools to working as management consultants and managing programs and partnerships in higher education.
