Its Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (FASC) is the first ICAR-accredited private institution in Delhi NCR & Haryana, providing unparalleled practical exposure through extensive agricultural fields for learning, demonstration, and research.Designation:Assistant Professor (Horticulture/Vegetable/Floriculture and Landscaping)Key Responsibility Areas :Conduct research in related disciplines and publish in peer-reviewed journals and/or conference proceedings.Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in related disciplinesAdvise graduate students in course selection, and mentor graduate students in research, participation in professional improvement efforts, and an appropriate level of service to the program, college, university, and discipline is expected.Assist and leads in the development and implementation of events and programs for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community.Establish a strong publication record and attract extramural funding.Establish new classes as necessary in their discipline.Travel off campus to fulfil public relations responsibilities.Work outside of traditional work hours for evening orientations, alumni chapter events, community education, etc.Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service.Required Skill Sets:Candidates must have a PhD, Post-Graduation and Graduation from leading ICAR /State Agriculture Institutions.Preferably, ASRB NET Qualified.candidate should possess strong subject matter expertise and demonstrate the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in practical and real-world scenarioStrong research track record with good number of Publications in NAAS, Scopus Indexed journals.Prior teaching experience at University Level will be an added advantage.Candidates having industry experience may also apply.Excellent communication skills.Qualification: Ph.D./ Master’s degree with First class, ASRB NET in the appropriate branch of Agriculture, with an exemplary academic record throughout.Experience:Minimum 5 Years of ExperienceCandidate Profile:Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and consulting projects will be given preference will be considered.Faculty who can promote patents, Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Innovative, Industry Interaction, and other value-added courses will be preferred.Job Location: Gurugram
