As our footprint expands across events, productions, and branded content, we're looking for a full-time Artist Manager to join our growing management team.This is a hybrid role, involving regular work from our studio, client meetings, on-site coordination at performances and shoots, travel with the team, and remote operations when necessary.Role OverviewThe Artist Manager will oversee the 360° management of NBC Music’s artistic and operational ecosystem along with an existing team. You’ll be involved in everything from traveling to gigs/concerts with the team with shoot coordination to business development, client meetings, and brand collaborations—ensuring smooth execution and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage calendars, schedules, and follow-ups for the artist and teamCoordinate rehearsals, shows, studio sessions, travel, and content shootsRepresent the band in meetings with clients, wedding planners, event companies, and agenciesExplore and initiate business development opportunities in events, brand partnerships, and new marketsPlan and supervise branding, PR, and promotional campaigns in coordination with creative teamsEnsure seamless communication across internal departments—creative, tech, production, and logisticsOversee execution of key projects, ensuring timelines and quality are metParticipate in brainstorming sessions for content, performance design, and audience engagementSupport social media and content teams with on-ground execution and logistics QualificationsPrior experience in artist or event management, client-facing roles, or entertainment project coordinationStrong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skillsProfessional presence and confidence in meetings with agencies, brands, and clientsDeep understanding of music and live entertainment industry workflowsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with social media trends, basic branding, and marketing toolsA basic understanding of shoots, editing, aesthetics, and creative workflows is a strong plusWillingness to travel, work late hours or weekends based on project needsA passion for music, culture, and artist representationBachelor's degree in Management, Music Business, Media, or related fields preferredWhy Join Us?At NBC Music, every note, every show, and every emotion matters.
