Job PurposeWork as an Executive Assistant to senior stakeholders for a bankAssist in Meeting Management, Travel Management, Expense Management and Other Admin SupportKey ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Meeting ManagementCoordinating with attendees on meetings and managing meeting calendarsFollowing up and scheduling finalized meetings, liaising with stakeholdersOrganizing transportation and taking meeting notes for online meetingsLiaising with stakeholdersTravel ManagementFlight scheduling & bookings, and hotel reservationsOrganizing airport transfers and restaurant reservationsExpense ManagementProcessing invoices, refunds, and reimbursements through ERP platformsCoordinating with stakeholders for approvalsHandling credit card settlements and managing online purchasesOther Admin SupportDocumenting processes based on preferences and prioritiesCollating reports and entering data into the ERP systemsOther day-to-day Operational supportKey CompetenciesGraduate/ post-graduation or equiv. qualification 1-7 years of experience as executive assistantExcellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in client relationship managementShould be able to work independently with minimal guidance as the job requires working with senior leadership team at the client’s endShould be well versed with MS Office suite specially Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.Experience ERP tool like Workday, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, etc.Working knowledge of travel and expense managementShift Timing-APAC/EMEA (5 days work from office)
