Sr. Support Engineer – Python & SQL: Role Summary:We are seeking a talented and passionate Support Engineer to join the ACE program to contribute to the analysis, Run & Operate activities, small enhancements and Production support of Python rule based and ML models. The individual will be responsible for interacting directly with the U.S business and other teams, perform weekly analysis of data and model outcomes to identify drift and underlying patterns and present the same to business teams. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing and resolving any issues on time as per SLA and also make minor enhancements to the python code as needed.Essential Responsibilities:Collect & analyze data & reports from application logs and identify discrepancies and patternsPresent the analysis outcome to business in a structure templatePerform Root cause analysis of issues by collaborating with other teamsIdentify manual repeatable process and explore opportunities / create scripts to automate themDevelop & deploy minor enhancements in PythonPerform Exploratory Data Analysis and Feature Engineering for enhancements and model driftsUpskill in AI-ML to start taking up small ML model development workCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, data science) to define and refine business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML development.Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and presentations.The experience we are looking to add to our team7 to 10 years of total experience with strong experience in SQL (any database) and data analysis2+ years of experience in US Healthcare projects with knowledge in Claims & Provider1+ year of experience in Java, Python or equivalent programming language, and willing to upskill in PythonProactive and self driven and delivery value independently with no guidanceFamiliarity with Cloud Run, SQL, and other GCP or other equivalent cloud services will be a plusExperience with Vertex AI or other AI/ML platforms is a plus.Willingness to work in Run & Operate project (Analysis, Prod Support & minor enhancements)Good communication and articulation skillsPassion for learning new technologies and solving complex problemsWillingness to work in 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shiftKnowledge in AI-ML would be a plusKnowledge in any cloud would be a plus
