The ideal candidate should possess foundational knowledge in power electronics, including IGBT, MOSFET, AC-DC converters, and DC-DC converters, and be proficient in using AutoCAD for design purposes.Key Responsibilities: Electrical Panel Design:Develop and design electrical panels for various industrial applications in compliance with technical specifications and industry standards. BOM Creation:Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for electrical panel components, ensuring accurate part identification and cost estimation. Technical Documentation:Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and project reports. Power Electronics:Apply basic knowledge of power electronics to support the design of converters, inverters, and power management systems. Component Selection:Identify and select appropriate components (IGBTs, MOSFETs, transformers, capacitors, etc.) for use in power electronics systems. Design Verification:Ensure that all designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards through testing and analysis. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and quality assurance, to ensure timely project completion. AutoCAD Proficiency:Utilize AutoCAD software to create precise electrical panel designs and layout drawings. Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest industry trends and innovations to recommend improvements to existing designs and processes.Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience:2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel design, BOM creation, and technical documentation. Power Electronics Knowledge:Understanding of power electronics concepts, including IGBT, MOSFET, AC-DC converters, DC-DC converters, etc. AutoCAD Proficiency : Advanced knowledge and experience with AutoCAD for creating electrical designs. Electrical Components:Knowledge of electrical components, wiring, circuit breakers, relays, and transformers. Technical Documentation:Ability to create detailed technical documentation and electrical schematics. Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
