Job DescriptionExpert Knowledge of Financial Reporting , IND AS / IFRS is a mustWorking level experience in SAP is a required with strong analytical skills and attention to detailConducts end to end tasks for the Month end closures. Supervises & provides support for Quarter end closure & Financial Year ( Applicable for India ) & also for Interim & Year end closure (IFRS Closing)Coordinates with Auditors & ensure no non compliances or major deviations occur during audit Checks for Process Weaknesses & Initiates CIP ( Continuous Improvement Program )Communicates & provides key MIS data regularly with Divisions and Legal entitiesControls and monitors quality performance of team with Key performance Indicators & Service level agreements with internal customersEnsure Optimization of service delivery by effective delegation of tasks to the team Promote a healthy work environment ensuring & manage Associate career developmentPromotes and Drives process standardization & automation QualificationsChartered Accountant with 7+yrs of work experience is a preferred , CMA with relevant experience may be considered Additional InformationWork Experience across external reporting in a manufacturing environment / Automotive industry is preferred . Big 4 experience will also be considered
