Job Title: MarTech Campaign Orchestration SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a Martech Campaign Orchestration Specialist to design, build, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role focuses on leveraging customer data, advanced segmentation, and automation to drive personalization, enhance customer engagement, and improve subscriber retention and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Adobe Campaign, experience with AEP data modeling, and a strategic approach to customer journey mapping and campaign optimization within the telecom industry. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Orchestration & ExecutionDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and outbound calls to engage telecom customers effectively.Utilize advanced segmentation strategies to target customers based on usage patterns, contract renewals, service upgrades, and churn risk.Implement dynamic content and real-time personalization using customer data, billing history, network usage, and engagement insights.Set up automated workflows for onboarding, retention, upsell, win-back, and outage-related communications. Customer Journey Mapping & PersonalizationPartner with marketing and customer experience teams to map out key customer journeys (e.g., new customer activation, service upgrades, cross-sell, and contract renewals).Use AEP capabilities to create personalized campaigns aligned with customer lifecycle stages, service usage patterns, and device preferences. Campaign Optimization & AnalyticsMonitor and analyze campaign performance using Adobe Campaign and AEP analytics tools, tracking conversion rates, churn reduction impact, upgrade adoption, and ROI.Identify trends, A/B test new strategies, and refine campaign approaches for continuous improvement increasing ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) and reducing churn. Technical Expertise & Data ManagementWork with AEP data modeling, including custom schemas, calculated attributes, and identity resolution.Configure Adobe Campaign workflows, automation rules, and triggers for campaign execution.Utilize Python, JavaScript, SQL, and other scripting languages for data manipulation and campaign customization.Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical SkillsStrong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Campaign, including campaign orchestration, segmentation, and personalization.Experience with identity resolution and cross-device tracking for accurate customer targeting.Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs for campaign automation and system integration.Marketing & Analytical SkillsUnderstanding of marketing principles, customer lifecycle management, and omnichannel engagement strategies.Strong analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and drive data-driven optimizations.Collaboration & CommunicationAbility to work cross-functionally with telecom marketing, product, and data engineering teams.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving campaign effectiveness.
