Job Description: Vendor Manager – Staffing (IT, Automobile & EV)Location: RemoteExperience: 8+ YearsIndustry: IT Software/Service, BPO, Automobile, Electric Vehicles (EV), AerospaceEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager with a strong background in IT Software/Service, BPO, Automobile, Electric Vehicles (EV), Aerospace specializing in staffing and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience managing vendor relationships, driving staffing operations, and delivering workforce solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Strategy & Management:Develop and execute vendor management strategies to ensure optimal delivery of staffing services.Identify, onboard, and manage third-party staffing partners and agencies.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to achieve business objectives and service-level agreements (SLAs).Staffing Operations:Oversee end-to-end staffing processes for IT, Automobile, and EV business units.Drive the recruitment and deployment of high-quality talent through effective vendor collaboration.Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.Performance Management & Analytics:Monitor and assess vendor performance using data-driven KPIs and regular reviews.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize vendor efficiency and reduce costs.Prepare regular reports on staffing metrics and vendor performance for leadership.Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external staffing vendors.Liaise with HR, Business, and Procurement to align vendor strategies with organizational goals.Resolve conflicts and address escalations promptly and professionally.Market & Industry Intelligence:Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and best practices in staffing within IT, Automobile, and EV sectors.Recommend innovative solutions to enhance talent acquisition and vendor engagement.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of relevant experience in vendor management and staffing, with substantial exposure to IT, Automobile, and EV industries.Proven track record of managing large-scale staffing programs and vendor networks.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office, staffing software/ATS, and data analytics tools.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and problem-solvingStrong business acumen and industry insightResult-oriented, with a focus on operational excellenceExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
