We are looking for Plant HR having experience in Talent management, employee management, Employee relations, HR Compliance, and operational HR excellence at the plant level.Experience and technical skillsMBA in HRExperience in plant HR role from 2 to 6 yearsJob responsibilitiesHandling HR Operations project.Coordinate with Plant HR Team for Manpower planning, Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part.Coordinate and make sure that the Safety Compliances should be followed at Plant level. Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors run a POSH Policy Compliance.Should be ready to travel to plant locations.
