The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and e-commerce logistics. Candidates with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada (Non-negotiable). Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goodsMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular auditsCollaborate with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedulesPrepare and analyze reports on warehouse activities, performance, and inventory levelsOptimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient layout strategiesMonitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when necessaryEnsure timely order processing, pickup, and delivery of customer ordersIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement best practicesCompensation: Upto 30-35 K per month depending on experience
