He / She has maintain every day maintain a report for each group members down the line. This report should clearly mention the head count of students which are being recruited to join our group of management schools each day.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and fulfil own set target of 30 students to join PG DM Course in companies group of management schools. Look at the individual team targets. Check their individual performance and goals. Motivate and guide them to fulfill their individual targets. QualificationsMaster's degree MBA HR or relevant experience 10+ years' experience in Human Resources Should be very strong in recruiting, fulfilling own as well as teams target and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Should have a good presentation skills Should be good, smart and beautiful enough to manage the team as a whole.
