Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and proactive Ecommerce Operations Supervisor to manage daily ecommerce order operations and lead a team efficiently. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), preferably Spotner or a similar platform. This role involves order processing, logistics coordination, return handling, and payment follow-up, ensuring seamless execution from order placement to delivery and returns.Key Responsibilities:Order ManagementManage end-to-end online order processing using an OMS platform (Spotner or similar).Oversee the picking process (in-house), online quality checks, invoicing, labeling, and dispatch.Monitor real-time order status and ensure timely dispatch through the OMS.Communicate with logistics partners to coordinate pickups and ensure on-time deliveries.Track post-dispatch deliveries to customers or warehouses.Logistics & EscalationsHandle shipment delays, losses, and escalations by working directly with courier/logistics partners.Monitor and resolve delivery issues promptly via the OMS dashboard.Returns ManagementHandle return orders (RTO and RTV) received from marketplaces.Investigate issues such as wrong product deliveries and coordinate resolutions.Address and resolve return-related escalations efficiently.Payment Follow-upEnsure timely payment reconciliation for delivered orders from online platforms.Coordinate with finance or app partners in case of delays or discrepancies.Team SupervisionLead the e-commerce operations team and ensure smooth daily functioning.Ensure quick resolution of operational issues and support team members in execution.Required Skills:Experience in e-commerce operations and team handlingHands-on knowledge of OMS platforms (Spotner preferred)Strong communication and coordination skillsProblem-solving and escalation managementFluent in English and KannadaQualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th passAdditional experience in e-commerce, logistics, or inventory handling is a plus
