Position Overview:As a DELPHI Innovation Intern you will play a pivotal role in driving groundbreaking research initiatives that leverage digital technologies to enhance healthcare outcomes. Your work will contribute to the development of novel solutions, tools, and interventions that have the potential to revolutionize the healthcare landscape.Key Responsibilities:Research Design and Execution:Help conceptualize and design research studies that address critical challenges in digital health.Assist the team to implement and oversee data collection, employing a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods.Evaluate digital health solutions and companies to deduce performance and impact insights.Technology Integration:Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, wearable devices, and mobile applications into healthcare research.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.Data Analysis and Interpretation:Employ advanced analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for healthcare practitioners and policymakers.Publication and Collaboration:Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences to contribute to the academic discourse.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and collaboration.Qualifications:Strong background in research methodology, statistical analysis, and data interpretationWould be beneficial if proficient in programming languages commonly used in healthcare research (e.g., Python, R)Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of digital health research studies Required Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skillsStrong problem-solving skills and a creative mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary teamsMeticulous attention to detailCreative and effective problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasksWillingness to learn and take on new challengesPassion for driving positive change in healthcare through digital innovations
