A leading mobile gaming platform is seeking an Online Bingo Live Ops Manager to oversee real-money gaming titles in the US market. The company offers a wide range of skill-based competitive games, including both free and paid contests across multiple genres such as fantasy sports, casual games, puzzles, and board games. The role is offered fully remote or onsite in India, and has a focus on Bingo and Soliatire titles initially, with monetization experience also required.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement live operations strategies tailored for the US market.Oversee daily live operations, including in-game events, promotions, and tournaments.Maintain and update game economy and monetization startegies alongside our product team.Analyse performance metrics to optimise engagement and revenue.Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to execute live events and feature rollouts.Monitor player feedback to enhance user experience.Maintain a structured live operations calendar for sustained player engagement.Manage in-game economies, including pricing and balancing of virtual currency and items.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.Assess the financial impact of live events and promotional campaigns.Ensure compliance with US real-money gaming regulations.Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders.What We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience in live operations within mobile gaming, particularly casual titles.Experience in online bingo games live operations, with solitaire experience a plusStrong understanding of the US mobile gaming landscape, including player behaviour and monetisation strategies.Passion for mobile gaming with deep knowledge of game mechanics and player psychology.Experience in US real-money gaming compliance is a plus.Proven success in driving engagement, retention, and revenue through live operations.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.Proficiency in game analytics tools and performance tracking systems.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Benefits:Competitive salary, equity, bonus scheme, signing on fee, healthcare coverage, 18 days paid holiday.Application:To apply, please send your CV to quoting the reference number 2986.Big Planet is an equal opportunity recruitment agency and are GDPR compliant.
