Experience -10 + years Position Reporting to Head - SDG (Payments) - SDG Location- Gurgaon/MumbaiSpecific skill sets Extensive knowledge of CBDC, UPI processes and solutions. Should have hands on experience of end to end payment processing & ability to get the work completed by coordinating with cross-functional teams.Having good knowledge of fundamental project management concepts. Proficient in stakeholder and vendor handling. Able to identify and highlight the risks and propose solutions to mitigate them for products and processes handled. Should have handled multiple projects simultaneously. Must have the understanding of regulations that govern the CBDC / UPI payment system and settlement for the same. Clear understanding of Financial reconciliation, settlement and clearing Take complete ownership of related systems, projects and compliances Willingness to roll up sleeves and lead certain projects in Individual contributor capacity Attitude to manage projects within accepted timelines. Should be adept in presenting crisp view to management on projects in the domain Well versed with NPCI regulations in CBDC / UPI domain.JOB SUMMARY Program management and Business Analysis for projects in CBDC / UPI payments domain. Should be able to derive actions from regulations and directives released time to time for his / her payment domain.Will be managing all new product initiatives and support business requirements on enhancing the existing payment processing functionalities. End to End project management from analysis business requirement, documentation of requirement, solution evaluation keeping in view effort estimation versus business justification, quality analysis of the solution through testing, process documentation and risk analysis and implementation / rollout planning and execution including end user training / communication Good in communication & coordination to get the work completed.
