We are driven by a passion to deliver the most innovative and cost effective solutions to our clients and have developed experience and expertise in three core areas: Communication technologies, Applications development, Multimedia platforms and tools and provide a combination of engineering consultancy, offshore engineering services and turnkey solutions.Position Description:The Project Manager leads engineering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to align with business goals.They drive continuous improvement through data analysis and actionable insights from key metrics.The role involves root-cause analysis, collaboration with engineering leaders, and trend identification via audits.Regular reporting based on business needs supports informed, data-driven decision-making.Mandatory Skills:5–8 years of IT Project Management experience; total 8–10 years in the industry.Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.Experienced in tracking engineering metrics, KPIs, and deriving insights from reports.Skilled in risk management, root-cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.Good to Have:Background in Dev, QA, or BA roles.Experience managing multiple teams and initiatives.Knowledge of Power BI for report automation.Onshore/offshore collaboration and delivery tracking.Exposure to US/Europe-based international clients.Familiarity with AI tools like Co-Pilot.
