It is a network of modern Anganwadis that provide development opportunities through early education, healthcare and nutrition access, and women empowerment through skilling initiatives. At the heart of Nand Ghar’s vision is a deep commitment to weave dreams and aspirations into the fabric of communities.Location: DelhiThe OpportunityWe are inviting passionate and enthusiastic leaders to become part of this Scale up project and participate in strategizing, framing, and executing the project towards development of women and children.Develop a national women empowerment strategy focused on skilling, entrepreneurship, and livelihoods, integrating scalable SHG models.Facilitate micro-entrepreneurship by establishing market linkages and partnering with retail, e-commerce, and institutional buyers.Strengthen SHGs by enhancing financial literacy, digital skills, and aligning with government schemes to leverage resources.Offer customized training programs, mentorship, and continuous support in partnership with NSDC and NGOs.Build strategic partnerships with government bodies, corporates, and social enterprises to ensure program sustainability.Monitor and evaluate progress using KPIs, digital dashboards, and impact assessments for continuous improvement.The Successful Applicant:A seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience in leading women empowerment initiatives, with a solid grasp of SHG frameworks and livelihood development. They should demonstrate expertise in building strategic partnerships, designing capacity-building programs, and aligning projects with government schemes.
