The AI Engineer at this level provides technical leadership, drives AI innovation, and guides cross-functional teams in delivering scalable and responsible AI systems. The position plays a critical role in shaping the future of AI capabilities within the organization by ensuring the development of high-performing models and fostering a culture of experimentation and excellence.Who we’re looking for:Primary Responsibilities:Design, develop, and refine advanced AI models and algorithms, including generative AI approachesEnsure alignment of AI engineering practices with enterprise AI architecture, strategy, and evolving technology stackLead cross-functional teams in AI project execution, from ideation through deployment and continuous improvementDrive innovation in AI methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enable scalable and efficient model developmentCollaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate use cases into deployable AI solutionsOversee model deployment of pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring robustness, security, and complianceMentor junior AI engineers and foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing within AI teamsContribute to AI governance processes, including model validation, versioning, documentation, and audit-readinessMonitor and troubleshoot model performance in production environments, implementing retraining and enhancements as neededStay up to date with industry advancements and evaluate their applicability within the enterprise AI ecosystemSkill:Provides leadership in enterprise AI engineering, enabling innovation and technical excellenceBachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s or PhD strongly preferred8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade AI solutionsExpertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java and advanced proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, generative models, model optimization techniques, and data pipelinesExperience with AI platforms and cloud services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform)Knowledge of MLOps principles and experience implementing scalable and secure model deployment workflowsStrong leadership skills with experience guiding engineering teams and collaborating across multiple functionsAbility to communicate AI concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and business stakeholdersPassion for innovation and a growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and development in the AI spaceWork location: Hyderabad, IndiaWork hours: Work pattern: Full time role.Work mode: Hybrid.
