Head – Risk, Contracts & Insurance | WRTL| MumbaiWaaree, India’s leading solar PV manufacturer and renewable energy powerhouse, is looking for a dynamic leader to drive its Risk, Contracts & Insurance strategy.Key Responsibilities:Lead enterprise-wide Risk Management framework across strategic, operational, financial & legal domains.Manage Group’s Insurance portfolio — from structuring to claims management, ensuring optimal protection of assets and interests.Act as a key advisor to CXOs & the Board on risk exposures, insurance optimization, and contractual governance.Build a strong risk-aware culture and lead cross-functional teams.Custodian of Contract Risk Management — mitigating financial risks in EPC, O&M, Supply Chain & Project contracts.What We’re Looking For:CA / MBA (Finance) / LLB with 15-20 years of relevant leadership experience.Proven expertise in Risk, Contracts & Insurance in EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Renewable Energy sectors.Strategic thinker, skilled negotiator, and seasoned risk & insurance professional.Excellent stakeholder management with Board-level exposure.
