Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.Lead Generation & Outreach: Leverage advanced prospecting techniques (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking) to engage key decision-makers and generate qualified leads.Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points, present tailored recruitment solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to HR leaders, CXOs, and business stakeholders.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
